Student Team
Our student team is the best way to access affordable therapy services. Each student has completed the required amount of academic learning and is now taking part in their practicum education. This experience allows them to practice and refine their skills while offering affordable therapy to anyone in need. Every student is registered with a regulatory body and adheres to the mandatory standards of practice. Students are able to conduct individual, couple, family, or child therapy. Some restrictions may apply.

Chevelle Plunkett
Hi there! My name is Chevelle and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I approach my work with compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
Bringing a background in child development, I also bring experience working with neurodivergent individuals to my practice. I support children, teens, and young adults as they navigate emotional challenges, anxiety, relationships, and life’s many transitions. I offer a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic environment that affirms neurodiversity and honours each client’s unique experiences, and holds space for feelings that feel too big. I am also mindful of the role culture and lived experiences play in shaping how individuals understand themselves and the world around them. My approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) with integrative use of mindfulness strategies to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and the development of meaningful coping skills.
Whether therapy is new to you or something you’re returning to, I strive to create a space where you feel empowered and in control of your therapeutic journey, while being supported in working toward your wellness goals.

Hi, I’m Tarndeep! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student at Yorkville University. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, relationship concerns, and family dynamics. In my work, I support clients while they work through challenges and try to feel more like themselves again. My approach is flexible and tailored to you. I draw from different therapeutic approaches, but what matters most is what feels helpful and meaningful for you.
I bring a warm, genuine, and non-judgmental presence, taking the time to understand you in a way that truly matters. I know how heavy life can feel and how hard it can be to know where to start or who to turn to. You don’t have to carry this alone, and I’ll support you as you find your way forward.
